God Warns Noah

⁹ These are the family records^(A) of Noah. Noah was a righteous man,^(B) blameless among his contemporaries;^(C) Noah walked with God.^{(D) 10} And Noah fathered three sons: Shem, Ham, and Japheth.

¹¹ Now the earth was corrupt in God’s sight, and the earth was filled with wickedness.^[a]
